The plastic cap fasteners should be driven tight to the surface of the DK-Felt without cutting into the sheet
Repair all damage to deck before proceeding. For seams joints or tears, repairs may be made using stick flashing tape or equivalent; Asphalt adhesives may also be used to seal joins flashings and laps
DK-Felt should be extended at least 12" past all hips and valleys
DK-Felt installed on less than 4:12 slops should be applied in a double coverage method. ("overlapping by the normal 4")
Fastening can be through both layers
