GetSup Inc. – Delivery & Return Policy (Canada)

Local Deliveries

For all local deliveries and pickups, please review the following guidelines:

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to report any issues at the time of delivery or pickup.

  • The driver’s signature will serve as proof of delivery if the customer is unavailable to receive the order on site.

  • Returns are not accepted for drywall and bagged products.

  • Products outside of these categories may be returned within 30 days of purchase and will be inspected by our warehouse team upon return.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all product returns.

  • Damaged or altered products will not be accepted.

  • Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

  • Exchanges are available with a valid receipt and subject to product inspection.


Online Orders (Courier Deliveries)

For orders shipped through couriers:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your product.

  • If your item arrived damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and product upon delivery, and email them to info@getsupinc.com.

  • We must be notified of shipping damages within 1–2 business days of delivery to process credit or replacement.

  • If you ordered the wrong item or wish to exchange it, contact us to start the return process. We will issue a return slip and instructions for drop-off at your nearest courier depot.

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, a refund or exchange will be processed.

  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Returns or exchanges must be completed within 30 days of purchase. After that period, refunds may be issued as store credit or declined.


Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be credited automatically to the original payment method used at checkout.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
Please allow 1–3 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
